Build a message

Once you’ve created a brand and an agent, you can start building message views. There are three basic RCS message types:

• Text-only message: A message with up to 3072 characters of text. You can also include suggested actions and replies.
• Rich card: A message that can consists of media, title, and description. You can also included suggested actions and replies.
• Carousel of rich cards: A message consisted of up to 10 rich cards, which a user can swipe through.
